Data deletion includes the permanent removal of:

• Stored payment method data (if applicable)

• Communications and support messages

📋 How to Request Data Deletion

To submit a data deletion request, please send an email with the following information:

• Full name associated with your account

• Phone number and/or email used to register

• Reason for request (optional)

⏱️ Processing Time

• We will verify your identity and confirm the request within 3 business days.

• Your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of confirmation.

• You will receive an email once the deletion process is complete.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

• Certain data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal or financial obligations (e.g., tax compliance, fraud prevention).
