Welcome to Rwad (www.rwad.co.il), an online platform operated by Rwad Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), offering home and business maintenance services in Israel. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any services provided (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Rwad, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

Rwad connects users (“Customers”) with independent service providers (“Professionals”) offering services such as plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, AC installation, security system setup, and more.

We are not the provider of these services; we only facilitate the connection and booking.

3. User Accounts

  • To access full features of the Platform, you must create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made directly through the app or website.

  • Prices are either fixed or estimated; final charges may vary based on actual work completed.

  • Payments are made via secure methods available on the platform.

  • Rwad may charge a service or platform fee.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel appointments according to the cancellation terms shown during booking.

  • Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation window and the nature of the service.

  • Service providers who repeatedly cancel may be removed from the platform.

6. Responsibilities of Professionals

  • Professionals must be qualified and insured to offer their services.

  • They agree to arrive on time, perform work with due diligence, and maintain professional conduct.

  • Rwad reserves the right to suspend or remove professionals based on performance or complaints.

7. Limitations of Liability

Rwad acts solely as a marketplace. We are not liable for:

  • The quality or outcome of services provided.

  • Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from interactions between users and service providers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

  • Post misleading or harmful content.

  • Circumvent the platform to arrange services outside of Rwad.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software are the property of Rwad Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Israel.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
